1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Okba Alanzi, Lipper Weg, 45772 Marl, Germany
E-mail: info@okplus-okba.de

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, the host processes technically necessary connection data in server log files, in particular IP address, date and time of access, file requested, volume of data transferred and browser type. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

3. Visit statistics

To evaluate how our content is used, we store for each page view the address requested, the browser identifier (user agent) and a shortened IP address.

The IP address is shortened before it is stored: for IPv4 the last block is set to 0 (e.g. 84.123.45.0), for IPv6 everything after the /48 network prefix is removed. It is therefore not possible to identify an individual.

This data is deleted automatically after no more than 30 days. It is not combined with any other data source and no profiling of any kind takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4. Cookies

This website uses strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie that associates your requests during a visit and expires after 120 minutes of inactivity, and a cookie protecting against cross-site request forgery (XSRF-TOKEN). Your language selection is stored within the same session.

These cookies are required to operate the website; consent is not required pursuant to § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG. No consent banner is therefore displayed. No marketing or analytics cookies are used.

5. Contact form

If you write to us using the contact form, we process the details you provide – name, e-mail address, subject and message – together with a shortened IP address and the browser identifier, in order to answer your enquiry and to prevent misuse of the form.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

The message is stored in our database and additionally forwarded to us by e-mail. We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply. You may request deletion at any time using the address given above.

Providing the data is voluntary; without a name, e-mail address and message we cannot answer your enquiry. Alternatively you can write to us directly by e-mail.

6. Embedded YouTube videos

Videos from the YouTube platform are embedded on some pages. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

We embed videos exclusively in extended privacy mode via the domain youtube-nocookie.com. In this mode YouTube states that it sets cookies only once you actually play a video. However, when a page containing an embedded video is loaded, your IP address is already transmitted to Google for technical reasons. We have no influence over this processing.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of our content). Further information can be found in Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

7. No advertising, no tracking, no analytics tools

This website contains no advertising networks, no analytics tools (e.g. no Google Analytics) and no social media plugins. The social network icons are plain links; no connection to those networks is established when the page loads. Fonts, icons and scripts are served from our own server; no external services are embedded for this purpose.

8. External links

Our content refers to third-party websites, including official authorities. When you open them you are taken to the external site concerned, whose operator alone is responsible for the processing of data there.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Any consent you have given may be withdrawn at any time with future effect (Art. 7 (3)).

A message to info@okplus-okba.de is sufficient to exercise your rights.

10. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority for North Rhine-Westphalia is: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW), Postfach 20 04 44, 40102 Düsseldorf, www.ldi.nrw.de.

11. Changes to this policy

We update this privacy policy whenever the processing on this website changes. The version published here at any given time applies.
